Julius, I have taken Sinemet Cr 50/200 with alternating doses of Tasmar 200mg and Mirapex 1mg both 3 times a day for a total of 6 doses. 1every 3 hours with nothing overnight. I have very little off time and 0 dyskinesias. The dyskinesias were eliminated by Pallidotomy x2. Mirapex seems to have the stronger effect of the two. For a three week period I tried comtan and eliminated the other two meds. I crashed big time. Comtan seemed to have no positive effects for me. Using mirapex in conjunction Tasmar eliminated all Diarrhea. If anything, I tend to be a little constipated.
