My husband is on senimet,2 - 25/100 5 times a day. It does greatly deminish his tremors. Until just recently it pretty much eliminated them. That was how he was given a definite diagnosis of PD. Because it did help! Hope this is of some help! Juanita CG for George 73 dx 2+ yrs
