Is anyone on the list have or take care of a Parkinson's patient for whom
the sinemet no longer works for them?
John
has had Parkinson's for 20 years now and his window of functionality is not
about an hour and a half.
The doctors change the pills around, add some; take away some; but in the
end it is the same.
He
had a paladotomy 3 years ago and one side and that did help considerably but
not recommended for both sides.
Has anyone tried or heard about implantation - pig or stem tissue? and
success rate?
Am very interested
