According to my research, the Chi Machine was the original one and now there
are many imitations. If the movement isn't just right it could cause more
harm than good. I also saw a demo on a video showing two different machines
and the difference. The man who invented this one (from Japan) researched
for 30 some years before getting his manufactured.

I will keep you updated and when I have more time will write with some more
information. It is such a gentle movement I thought that after three days I
would up the time from 5 minutes to 10. The next day I felt like I had
washed all my outside windows! They recommend 5 minutes for a week, 10
minutes for a week and finally 15 minutes. If it does what it is suppose to
it has to be beneficial.
