The box I have says its ingredients are Maltodextrin(e), sucralose. In the description it say: It tastes like sugar, It can be used virtually everywhere sugar is used, even in cooking and baking, It has only 2 calories per teaspoon. Measures and sweetens spoon-for-spoon and cup-for-cup like sugar. Just like aspartame there are pros and cons on the Internet. There is an 800 number for the information center 1-800-561-0070.
