After being around Parkinson's and neurologists for 13 years, I can tell you
that Senemet does not take away tremors.  It actually causes them.
What it does do is help with motor function & rigidity and freezing.
The dyskinea's  (sp?) or tremors are actually a side effect from the
senemet - besides of course being caused also by Parkinson's
My husband has his tremors eliminated by a Palladotomy  several years ago
(on one side) and they never came back but it did not stop the progression
of Parkinson's.  The rigidity and freezing; shuffling and on and off of the
Senemet continues.  We are on 9 25/250 a day.
