Hi Janet:

That is exactly my point - there is no consensus.  The field is sharply
divided between those who would recommend agonist first and those who would
recommend levodopa first.

To be really fair to all our PWP, regardless of which side of the argument
one favors, one should always mention the lack of universal consensus and
the availability of alternative approaches, and our willingness as
neurologists to tailor an individual program for each PWP.
