hi list.. I have been rather silent recently,  but I had to respond to this
thread.  I don't understand why it makes that much difference whether
Michael J Fox begins his own donation fund for pd research or not? I must be
missing something that you more enlightened people know.  It seems to me
that what ever he intends will not hurt; in fact it may help by drawing
attention to MJF who has pd and is a house hold name. Isn't that part of the
attention we all seek?  It doesn't seem helpful to turn on one another if
two have differing opinions as I read today. Maybe it is time once more to
focus on our shared goals and less on how it is reached ?  Differences make
all of us stronger and more able to withstand anything as long as we all
keep an open mind.
