Nancy...what a wonderful site......I just thought I would tell everyone after checking Nancy's site I realized that I ordered that EXERCISE:  A GUIDE FROM THE NATIONAL INSTITIUTE ON AGING book about a year ago......as you click on link's on the site that Nancy mentioned......it's the one that has the exercises illustrated or  http://www.agenet.com/exercise2/toc.html    You can order a FREE printed version from the Public Information Office..... of the National Institute on Aging  1-800-222-2225....they also have a website but not sure if you can order the book through it http://www.nih.gov/nia
My book states...
"This Exercise Guide was prepared and developed by the National Institute on Aging, a part of the National Institutes of Health, and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration."   It's a great book....and I think it's easier to work from the book  ...aside from the books for sale I would imagine that a lot of this printed info could be obtained from the NIA free...just call and ask.....
it's one a.m. here now or I would call them........Joan Hartman
