Neuromuscular rehabilitation and electrodiagnosis: Central neurologic disorders. This self-directed learning module highlights the medical treatment and rehabilitation intervention of certain central neurologic disorders encountered in physiatric practice. It is part of the chapter on neuromuscular rehabilitation and electrodiagnosis in the Self-Directed Physiatric Education Program for practitioners and trainees in physical medicine and rehabilitation. This article contains sections on multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
