Pessach is almost upon us!
Noting with concern Katherynne  Holden's reponse to one possible cause of
Barbara Blake Krebs' problemms(and hoping you are much better, barb),, and
noting with equal concern the effect matzoh tends to have on the digestive
system,
i hereby proffer a remedy to those pwps to whom Passover presents a digestive
challenge.

Recipe :  dried fruit compote
Ingredients Any and all varieties of dried fruits on sale at your local
supermarket, including raisins and sultanas. And lots of prunes/
Add a small quantity of water, flavour with spices ( nutmeg and/or ginger/and
//or cinnamon. Some peo;e might add some sugar - i prefer it tart.
Cook until it is almost impassible to distinguish individual fruits - always
on a low flame.
Eat some with each meal.
 It works, and it doesnt taste bad. good luck.
