Stick around, it will get better or worse (depending on how you look at it). The list IS very touchy-feely. That being said, the people who make up the list are very articulate, caring and most willing to help. One thing I have learned from the list is you must have thick skin to participate, especially if you do not follow the thought process of the "list elders".
