She sometimes complains about chest pains which turn out to be muscular;she has a severe scoliosis of her back and this causes pressure on her rib cage and difficulty breathing(also caused by her cardiac insufficiency).Her chest pains have been alleviated by applying a small amount of Voltaren ointment in the affected area.
