We all have one of those days, don't we. I try not to -- I
always (as I say) try to grok -- but sometimes it's just in-
evitable.

That *is* the hardest thing to get used to in this form of
communication. When I reply, I try to (but not always to the
same level :-( ) write the reply, read it, add to or modify the
reply as new thoughts occur or errors appear, read it, spell
check the reply, and read it one last time. Usually, if I'm hav-
ing one of those "mad dog" days, the original need to send the
angry reply has melted away by the time I get to the reply/send
operation.
But, I also understand that not everyone is as ana ... er, uh,
... I mean as careful as I try to be. Sometimes, it seems just
too easy to write a few quick lines in anger and hit send/reply
without thinking things over.
