Jeez, Murray what are your messages like when you're annoyed.
So the guy has some difficulty accepting the gift of free feedback ... A lot
of people get defensive.  Put on your consultant's hat and sell him
community-based debugging support.

BTW
1. I'm running Netscape Communicator 4.7, i.e. latest version
2. I get a black page, no text, nothing clickable
3. JavaScript enabled except for mail/news
