Hi kathy,
I've had PD for 7-8 years:  you might want to start a log of your daily
health and wellness,  If you are taking meds keep an updated list.  my
neurologist likes it because he can see my daily changes, ups and downs.
this helps my memory too and it helps me know what questions to ask.  Ask
about physical therapy, exercise.
