Hey Eleanor, I'm a massage therapy student, just about to graduate, and everything that Bob has told you here is what is written in my pathology textbook. My father just had a case of Shingles (he's 83 but in fantastic health) and has ended up with a case of Intercostal Neuralgia as an after affect, very painful. Please do take care. Peace Pat P.S. I don't mean to imply that Bob's word needed me to back it up. He's a doctor, I'm just a student. Just wanted to add in my 2 cents worth. :O) "Robert A. Fink, M.
