dear eleanor
       it is unlikely to get chicken pox twice however years ago my
pediatrician
[who was concidered one of the best in U.S.A.] said that older people could
possibly get an uncomfortable rash so you would be wise to keep them at a
distance. i don't think it is  an air born virus so maybe they could stand
in
her doorway and speak to her without touching your  Mother's things.
