I am not sure what the subject matter is here, sorry I did not read previous msg's, but Janet and Camilla, if you are referring to people that have PCs and e-mail but do not have access to the WWW, there at least five free internet services. I use NetZero as you can see from my address. Another one that is easy to download and use is Altavista. And of course the old well known Juno now offers free internet also.
