Nancy and all,

Sorry if I vented too much. I did not mean to sound
mean , or not to recognize everybody's work. It's
just so frustrating struggling for 15 years since
age 35, and my energy has been low and sporadic,
after a long and lonely winter. I guess my exasperation
just crawled out of its hiding place a bit too much. I just
hate this d--- disease and everything it does to rob me
of my freedoms.
Hopefully I'll get re-energized soon-the cold and ice don't help.
again forgive me.

Ivan
