Hello Wanda, I myself am on Sinamet 250 cr I take 4 tablets a day. My dosage was gradually increased from two a day by my Neuro' till my present intake. In the beginning I had all kinds of complaints, Shakes, stiffness and I had to learn not to turn around too fast or indeed move my head abruptly. I get giddy spells if I do. Just tell your Dad to take things easy and not to get in a stress situation. Stress increases the shakes terribly. Does your Dad have a rest in the afternoon, I do I sleep for about two hours and feel relaxed enough to face the rest of the day. Make sure that Dad takes his first tablet before he gets up in the morning, I have found this to be the best way to start the day. Do not worry too much. My best wishes to you and your Dad... Have a nice day ,, Bern.................Peace. ----- Original Message ----- From: "W M" <[log in to unmask]> To: <[log in to unmask]> Sent: 27 April 2000 06:39 Subject: Sinemet dosage > I would love to ask this question for my 72yr Father; and hopefully I have > all the pertinent info.
