I am a 68 yr old male, diagnosed 9 yrs ago. I have suffered with the same problem. This cramping is usually an indication of lack of Sinemet. An extra 1/2 of a regular 25/100 tablet usually helps. If that doesn't work, I take half of a 260mg Quinine Sulfate tablet (prescribed by my neurologist). Hope this will prove to be of some help to you. Bill Butch Jacksonville, Fla.
