dear joe
 i have never weighed over 112 lbs.except when i was pregnant.i have
convinced
a number of people how  to keep your weight down with two rules----
1. stop eating before you are full
2. best excercise  place hands firmly on table and push back from table then
 rise up and walk away.find something to keep your hands and mind busy.
    that's all folks
