The report was not about the relative amounts of money for gender based
research, rather in was a statement on the interpretation of the data.  The
paragraph said  ......" that requires them to analyze the effects of new
drugs and treatments on women, three new studies have found". As such I do
not see any propaganda

Sorry, but I must disagree (with the article).  It is part of continuing
propaganda and is distorted.

Just look at the amount of money being spent on research in, for
example, breast cancer when compared to prostate cancer. There is an
almost ten-to-one differential (with the bulk of the money going to
breast cancer research).  Same for ovarian cancer vs. testicular cancer.

Bad "studies".
