How so?  Can one test males for efficacy of drugs on the treatment of
ovarian cancer?  If so, it may be the kind of research (recently reported
in the lay media) which shows that increasing the tax on beer will
decrease the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases (by making it
more expensive to drink beer).  Isn't research (especially taxpayer-
funded research) wonderful?
