Ivan, I was always under the assumption that Ali has "pugilistic parkinson's." I guess if it walks like a duck... It is my understanding that Parkinson's Disease and Parkinson's Syndrome are one and the same. Syndrome is the politically correct term for those that don't like to be labeled as having a "disease", which may suggest that is contagious. You are correct that the term will definitely confuse some people into thinking they are two separate ailments.
