I have a background of marathon running. Due to injuries (caused
probably by early PK muscle imbalance, I stopped running for awhile. When
I tried to resume I experienced chest pains that were very consistent.
Went to cardiologist who was alarmed by symptoms enough to put me through
stress EKG, no problem, then angiogram (clean arteries). This was
followed by upper lower GI, negative. Now appears to have, again, been
early PK as it was going on about the time small thumb tremor first
appeared. Since this occured before medication I'd say it was defiinite
PK for me, and I've read that chest pains can be a symtom.
