Mr Daniel Myers,
I suspect you will find a lot of different answers for different people. I
have times when I am very slow to respond to oral or visual stimulation, and
sometimes i know what i want to say, i just am unable to speak the words i
want. there is a wealth of information at various pd sites and groups, good
luck with your studies
