fatigue is now considered one of the five key symptoms of pd

when i 'run out of steam' i either rest and read for awhile
or take a nap - 30 minutes usually does the trick

there is no more point in 'fighting' pd-related fatigue
than there is in 'fighting' pd-related tremor
