Murray, Sell your computer and read the encyclopedia. You'll sleep. Seriously though, I have had the same problems with sleep. The best thing I have found is to set a schedule and stick to it. I used to work shifts and that only made things worse. As far as rigidity goes count me in. It drives me nuts! I thought I read somewhere that rigidity and slowness of movement is more common in young-onset PD.
