Barb M - Does your area have a TV program that caters to consumer advocates? Did you write your attorney general?. It seems to me it is illegal to go into someone's bank account, and it seems either illegal or harrassment for someone to threaten you with cutting out your benefits. Somehow, somewhere this "Big Brother" shit has got to stop. I wish you the best in this, and even though it does not seem fair to me at least, surely there is somewhere you can go for help.
