As I have mentioned before a new treatment for drooling in PD exists. Since several months I inject with a small needle botulinum toxin in the parotid glands, which inhibits the release of saliva; it will give you a dry mouth, but it surely works in my patients. Not painful and no side effects. Off course you have to seek the advice of a movement disorder specialist. It is quite a new treatment so many doctors will not have heard about it yet.
