Tom, The Tar Heel state is a growing state, and the Research Triangle area is about the best in North Carolina. North Carolina has just about all that one could want except for a movement disorder specialist. You will not find a Stanley Fahn in North Carolina. There are some good / better than average neurologists at Duke over in Durham.
