At the suggestion of Dr. Chris van der Linden, I submitted prices of meds. that I paid recently (Mon. 22 May 2000). The question was raised whether people pay these prices out of pocket, or otherwise. My response to that is that I indeed pay these prices myself. It amounts to $190 per month.
