Audrey, Why did you go to the first doctor, the very first time? What were your symptoms? Have they changed? You know that you can wait a while. I do not think you should make any decisions until you talk to more PWP's. The scan test could display dysfunctional cells in your substantia nigra, but even so, if there are various outcomes possible, as a result of changed cell function, ranging from PD to other neurologcal syndromes, even the scan doesn't DEFINITELY prove that PD is present in your body. I will pray for your healing.
