Hello to all, We are excited!! As a member of the Central New York Parkinson's Support Group, Inc., I am excited as are the other members of our group. As you all know, the last episode of "Spin City" will be held on Wed. night. A public service announcement will follow the show. There will be only two call centers in the nation (and only one live call center) taking donor calls on behalf of the Michael J. Fox Foundation. The live call center will be here in Utica, NY where we are located. Zogby International will be the center and we have been asked to help man the phones. Several members of our support group and friends will be helping to man the phones. As Jim Cordy suggested, we plan to try to get our local ABC TV station to give PD and our local group some coverage. 19 million people are expected to view the program, so I'm looking forward to seeing and hearing the phones ring off the hook.
