One thing I have not seen mentioned about liquid sinemet is refrigeration. My neuro recommended that if I was going to try to crush my sinemet and put it in juice, this would be fine with him, but I would need to remember to keep it cold and use all I had made up within 24 hours as it loses potency if kept longer, he said.
