Hey Judy,
I'm afraid I am the one who came up with Okra.  I spent some of my growing up
years in the South and one of the things that I miss now (I live in Canada now)
is pan fried Okra.  For whatever reason, whenever asked about veggies it is the
first thing that pops into my head.  For once I wasn't the only one who gets a
giggle out of it.  :O)
