To the list :

I have kept my mouth shut during the msft bashing that has been posted on
the list from time to time since I joined it in January. I do not
understand what this corporation's products have to do with anything that is
Parkinsons? I do not see if it does, that a balanced argument is offered in
which its side is heard. I do not know if all that is said negatively about
it in the *popular press * is true or not, but I do know a lot is based on
business jealousy by rival corporations who have done their best over time
to pick on their weaknesses while ignoring their strengths. This is not
fair. I know that some of you prefer free source software and that is your
choice. I do not see anyone posting articles or comments bashing any of
these. It seems to me that it is personal choice in the end or what ever one
uses that is familiar. This country reveres those who take chances and are
entrepreneurs and then turn on them when they are too good at being one.
Maybe someone should point out how little rational sense this makes to all
of us who are rational.

As the ruling just came down from the JD, now one can see what can happen
to anyone who practices the principles of how a well run corporation is
defined.
