Joy, could you approach your system administrator about fixing this problem
of you receiving mail from me? Two years ago they said it was piffle that
you couldn't receive all of your mail. The attached bounces show that even
their postmaster account is blocked.

People outside your system can't fix the problem...it is between your and
your mail administrator.
