Chris.... Waaaaaait a darn minute here, fella! With all due respect, isn't comparing one's taste for WAFFLES (Belgium or otherwise) to someone ELSE'S taste in CHEESE (Dutch or otherwise) kinda like comparing folks personal likes and dislikes between giraffes and computers? Cheese, including DUTCH cheese is mighty good stuff, but it's... it's... well, it's still just CHEESE. But those light--yet-crunchy Belgium WAFFLES, topped with a dollop of whipped cream, and blueberries or maybe strawberries - or both, with the addition of a drizzle of honest-to-goodness REAL Vermont maple syrup is NIRVANA!
