David, you said you are being referred to a MDS in Seattle. Is it by any chance DR Ballard at Swedish? If so I certainly hope your insurance comes through an approval. He is excellent not only in reputation but in his manor with his patients George was referred to him.We both were very impressed with his treatment of US.He was very easy to communicate with and very helpful.
