You've heard from the experts, so now you know what a neuropsychologist does.
 I'd agree with the others and tell you to see a movement disorder specialist
asap.  However, there's nothing wrong with seeing a neuropsychologist, too.
He can test your cognitive function (memory, etc.), and your score on the
test will constitute a baseline against which he can measure your cognitive
status later on, if you feel that your memory problems worsen.

Dick sees a neuropsychologist about once a year as a follow-up to his
bilateral DBS surgeries 4-1/2 years ago.  I'm glad to know there's a
continuing record of how his cognitive function tests.  If there's a problem
down the road, we'll be able to consult with the neuropsychologist about it.
