Connie and List, We were told to take comtan with Sinemet (Carbido/Levo). My husband takes Comtan 200 mg. with his 25/100 Carbido/Levo at approximately 7:30, 11:30 and 4:30. At 10:30 PM he takes his Sinemet alone. He has been on this for about three months. He seems to be getting worse. Weaker, slower movement and some shaking. We are going back to Eldepryl once a day, and dropping the comtan. His doctor is thinking about putting him on Mirapex or Requip. Does anyone think one is better than the other.
