Sweet Memories.

I remember the days of long ago,

When love burned bright in my chest.

Sweet Kisses I oft did throw,

To the one I loved the best.

The shy sweet smiles you smiled at me,

I could not breathe and was shaky at the knee.

Wanting to let you know my love,

That it was alright with me.

I took you home to Mum and Dad,

Where we ate cake and drunk some tea.

Mum was a little jealous at first,

But Dad was fully with me.

Mum had me always nursed,

It was a little hard for her to agree.

Now we are married with children two.

And Mum's a Grandma you see.

That thrills her through and through,

For now we are a real family.
