To: all who responded to my posting re a survey I'm still planning to conduct the survey. The job is going to be more complex than I had anticipated, so I have invited an experienced researcher and author - she was one of the co-principal investigators in this week's NEJM article on long-term pallidotomy patients by the Toronto Western Hospital's movement disorders group. I'm hoping to pblish the results in the NEJM, so its got to be done properly. Bear with me, its going to take some time. Cheers, Bill
