I have finally found out where I got the DSSE: From Bernard Barber and Joyce Sayor. Thanks so much both of you. I have used it for years and never knew whom to thank for it!!!! It certainly has lived up to your expectations!!! <SNIP> We donated it to who ever would get benefit from its use. Our feeling is that it would help in communication between the PWP and their Doctor.
