I went to my nuero on friday. I take 1 50/200 sin in a.m. and 3 to 4 25/100 throughout the day. My on period for each had drop from 2.5 to 3 hrs to 1.5 and dyskinesia got worse in the p.m. My gave some comtan to try. I just started today. I am suppose to take 1 comtan with each dose of sin -1 50/200 an only 3 20/100 a day. Anyone on comtan and what is your opinion. Mike Truluck 46/5/9
