Barb, That takes the cake!!! I don't know though, I emailed Direct TV because we have had so much trouble with rain-fade-out, my husband swears he spends more time reading "searching for a satellite signal", than watching TV. I received a message signed by a "Leslie" who told me to expect a satellite fade out when there was an ice build-up, snow or heavy rain!!! Since we live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and we have NEVER had ICE or SNOW, I wrote back and suggested that their company, instead of paying someone to copy a response from a manual, without paying attention to were a person lives, might be better off spending more money on some Research and Development to correct this problem ,instead of just telling people to expect it!!!! I haven't had a reply from "Leslie". just me, Marjorie At 01:06 PM 07/13/2000 -0700, you wrote: >Marjorie.... > >YUCK!!
