Dave,

Have you seen a movement disorders specialist about your
symptoms?  It's long past time someone made a diagnosis.

If what you have is PD, then PD medicines ought to help a lot.

You strike me as a person with many talents and a positive
attitude. It's rotten luck to get PD, but it sounds like you won't take
it lying down.
